Our feet are made from high-quality medical-grade silicone — the same material used in medical prosthetics. It’s hypoallergenic, durable, and offers a feel as close to real skin as possible.
What's the difference between Soft and Muse?
Soft is our flexible range with a silky touch. The foot has a natural, gentle shape. Muse features an articulated skeleton that lets you position each toe individually and hold the desired pose. Realism and control at their finest.
What skin tones do you offer?
We offer three tones: Midnight (ebony), Sun (tanned), and Silk (fair). Each tone is hand-painted for a faithful, natural finish.
What shoe size are they?
Our feet are sculpted based on a EU 37 (standard women’s size). Exact dimensions are listed on each product page.
How do I care for my product?
Clean your foot with lukewarm water and a mild soap after each use. Dry it thoroughly and apply renewal powder (available in our accessories) to maintain the silicone’s softness. Store away from direct sunlight and heat.
How long does the product last?
With regular care, our silicone feet maintain their quality for years. Medical-grade silicone is an extremely resilient material.
Can I buy a single foot or only the pair?
The choice is yours. Select Unique for a single foot or Duo for the pair.
Does the product have a smell?
Medical-grade silicone is odorless. A very faint scent may be noticeable upon unboxing — it disappears within a few hours.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery time then depends on your location — expect 3 to 5 business days within the United States, 5 to 10 business days for international orders.
How can I track my order?
A confirmation email with a tracking number is sent as soon as your order ships. You can follow your package in real time using the link provided.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. Plain box, no logo, no mention of the contents. Even your mailman won’t know what he’s delivering.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
You can modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of confirmation. Beyond that, your order is being prepared and can no longer be changed. Contact our customer service as soon as possible.
What if my package is lost?
Contact us with your order number. We’ll open an investigation with the carrier and offer you a reshipment or refund depending on the situation.
Are there customs fees for international orders?
Customs duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the order price.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item(s) received. We’ll arrange a free return and ship the correct product to you as quickly as possible.
